Visited when the Nina and Pinta replicas were docked at the museum. Did a quick walk through the museum's main building. Explored the Coast Guard building as the Coast Guard holds interest for us. And the best...we told a ride on the Black River aboard...More

The museum part is very small. But we loved riding on the Tall Ship. $35.00 each adult. Coast Guard boat. Price around $15.00 each I think. Get discount if go on more boats

The Michigan Maritime Museum is simply FABULOUS! The displays are very well done, interesting and very informative. However, when you think you are done you discover all of the outdoor displays and the restored coast guard life saving vessels. And then there is the Friends...More

We took our 4 grandsons, ages 6-9, on this adventure. It was a wonderful experience for young and old. Kids were kept very active with raising and lowering sails and chasing pirates for stolen treasure. The crew was wonderful.
