We visited Crawford Lake on a bleak, foggy February afternoon. The longhouses had been closed for the day, but Tanya and the people at the Visitor Centre opened up the exhibit and allowed us to tour the very impressive restored Native American domiciles and the artifacts. We'd brought friends from Scotland to see the Village, and we were truly impressed... More

Great nature walk! Not too long a trail if you want but you can spend the whole day wondering if you wish!

We went to view the long houses. We were there as a family over 15 years ago and found it as enjoyable now as then. We visited on a weekday so we expected it to be quiet and were surprised with 4 small groups of school children. It worked out well that we could listen in on a guide explaining... More

This place is amazing... We visit at least once a month. You cannot get tired off of it. Take a walk on the boardwalk while seeing the beautiful sculptures from local artists. Just pure breathtaking views. Buy a pass you will definitely get your monies worth!

This is a lovely place to visit! There's great walking trails and some of them are quite easy to access with a stroller or wheelchair. There's a fantastic recreation of a First Nations Longhouse and the people who work at Crawford Lake are very passionate about their jobs and it shows. Excellent day our with family and friends. Especially lovely... More

We had an awesome time walking around the lake and around the native village. Even the teenagers had a good time!

Crawford lake is a favorite place the family goes to every year. Theres so much to do there including the native village and the beautiful hiking trails. The water that you walk around on the boardwalk is so gorgeous and its a great place for pictures. The trail is stroller accessible which makes it a great spot for young families.... More

We have come here often with children, and without. The interpretation and activities are well planned. Here you get to experience a historic Native long house, excellent walking trails for all levels of fitness, the views are spectacular. You can be very active or quiet and serene. There are snacks, clean washrooms, benches etc. etc. This is a must see... More
