Every Friday night during the summer Front St. is closed to traffic and street musicians and various vendors set up booths along the sides of the street. Fun to hear the live music, see what everyone's selling, and great people watching!

visited with my 12yr old daughter. She liked traverse city so much we stayed for an extra day. the front street area was very lively. lots of restaurants and shops. we walked along the shore and then strolled up and down the streets.
