The State Theatre, located in downtown Traverse City, is a true gem and first rate theatre to see movies. From the ultra comfy seats and art deco decor to the best popcorn, it cannot be beat for your movie going experience.

A real old fashion movie theater. Velvet seats. All kinds of movies and events going on all the time. Many, many volunteers work there. Always friendly people. Popcorn is the best. Prices are very reasonable.
