The sculptures are located around the city and are of varied types. Too bad we did not have a map though. My grandsons loved the octopus sculpture the very best. These works of art add character to the city.

This statue of a dancing Indian is done with great expression and detail. It is a very welcome creation considering the 11 tribes and recognizing them.

We did not see many of the sculptures because we did not have a map. As one of the reviewers said get a map from the visitor center next to Paul Bunyon and his trusty ox. Map out a path before starting.

We have a 9 year old. There was enough to keep him interested for 15 minutes. The live animals were a nice touch to the science center!

Lakeside paved path and a park with more landmarks. Kids had a blast at park and walk and the lake very pretty spot.

its like Bemidji's cool little touch, downtown Bemidji is so cool mostly cause sculptures. its a great way to welcome tourists . their are so many sculptures! plus they are close to Paul and babe :)

If you are here. Stop and take a pic with the blue ox and then enjoy these lovely metal statues that reflect the history of Bemidji.
