Been here twice and it's not too bad of a loop. If you just wanted to see all the point of interest on this hike by not doing the loop, you can go to your LEFT once the trail splits. The address is not in...More

If you come anytime April-late October, this is a great and easy hike. In the fall the views and tree colors are amongst the best anywhere.

We have hiked this trail twice now, and it is definitely worth the stop. There are many scenic overlooks and the hike itself is fairly intense. It seemed to go uphill the entire way, but it is worth it.

Great hike and views, the perfect challenge up in the mountain. 2.25 miles around the loop. It had good places to stop with stops to view Lake Superior and forest.

Oberg Mountain Loop offers a easy hike for both young and old. Other then some areas of mud and water (large puddles) the trail was easily traversed by our group. We had a 5,6,and 8 year old and all of them covered the loop without...More

That's a tricky time of year. The road is plowed to the parking lot for cross country skiing. The hiking trail up the mountain isn't groomed. Since much of the trail is rock, it can be very icy. Even in April a person can... More
