We had 90-some people for a bowling party and it was fun. This old 8-lane wooden bowling alley is straight out of the 50s. Don't expect jazzy digital scoring, etc. We used...a PENCIL and PAPER! Fun times and the food was good. Pulled pork, loaded nachos and everything else you'd expect at a bowling alley.

Every aspect of this bowling alley is old school.. even the smell. However, the price is affordable, the ambiance is cool, the customer service was PERFECT & they even sold us a pair of new socks for those who forgot theirs (the tags were still attached)! We did not eat there, but would go again to try the food. Again,... More

Had one of the "early bird special" breakfasts this morning. Great value - very flavorful pork sausage. Attentive service. Strong coffee. The seating can be a little tight - but overall a good experience.

We went here for a birthday party, and this was our first time here. Have known about this place for a long time but just never came here. The menu is very limited and really has nothing special. But, the bowling and drinking is great fun with friends.

Went here on a Friday night to go bowling with a buddy. Waited around for about 20 minutes and couldn't get a lane. Ended up having to go somewhere else.

I have been here a few times now and have not once had good service. To make it worse, the food is not particularly good either. I wont ever return.

I love to bowl but I'm a terrible bowler. That, however doesn't keep me from finding alleys when I am traveling. The Bryant-Lake Bowl is a step back in time. Only about 6 lanes and you keep score on real paper....no electronics. It just added to the fun! Food was very good as well.

We just happened to be passing by, hungry and wanting to sit down, we saw this place and decided to try it out. Food was awesome. Fantastic beer selection. Great vibe to the joint. high energy and everyone seeming to have a good time. Only complaint was, the staff wasn't the friendliest.

I have many friends who swear by this joint. Sure it is an institution in Minneapolis and the Bowling atmosphere is great but the servers are all rude and there is no customer service what so ever. I don’t think I have ever seen a server smile once. I will say the bartenders are friendly. That's about it. I have... More

A cool Minneapolis tradition for those who appreciate good food and bowling night. Local folks enjoying a beer and casual dining pack the place and make it really fun.
