I've always loved to cook that's why the cooking class at the Cooks of Crocus Hill as a team-building activity during our meeting in Minnesota was a delight. It was memorable because it was my first time to bake a dessert, and our diversed group from Latin America, EMEA, US, and Asia Pacific got to engage in French cooking. Our... More

Have attended workshops and class. Always learn atleast one new techique that makes food taste better at home. They have all the tools in the retail store to make it happen. Very well done.

I don't get to uptown often, but whenever I want to get a specific kitchen item this is where I go. The kitchen outlet stores are good but the Kitchen Window has everything; if they don't have it, nobody does. I have to stay away because I spend too much. They also have a great spice selection; i love the... More

Great installations and also great team giving instructions and guidance for having a nice dinner. I was there with a relatively large group and everything went just fine.

Kitchen Window is a unique store with a great cooking class space on the second floor. Went to a cooking class that utilized the indoor and outdoor space and enjoyed the class.

Took a cooking class recently and overall had fun and learned a lot but it was overcrowded. There were approximately 30 people in the class and it was just crowded and we were fighting for ingredients and tools and etc. I would have enjoyed myself a lot more if there were less people involved.

Prices are high and customer service is very poor. If you need/want to return and item, good luck. It better be seriously malfunctioning, and even then you may be out of luck. My advice to you is go to 50th and France or Williams Sonoma in the Galleria (Edina). Their goal is to make you happy, no matter what. Kitchen... More

We have been customers of this store for 15+ years and unfortunately the place is going downhill. Customer service is lacking, particularly at the top. Their motto should be "Ego is our #1 Priority". The owner even called us with hateful, threatening remarks over a $75 administrative error on their part from 6 months ago. Buyers beware: if you need... More

Recently enjoyed an event in the facility upstairs from the Kitchen Window. Our team was divided into smaller teams and each one cooked one of the courses for a celebration dinner. Nice team activity and a way to celebrate some good business results. Food was good and the staff was great - very friendly and helpful.

I love this Place!!! I have taken several cooking classes here and all of them have been amazing, the staff is excellent and will answer any and all cooking questions you can throw at them. I always thought I was a pretty good cook but after taking just a few classes I have learned so much more on technique. Also... More
