We enjoyed stopping by this quirky water tower in the middle of a residential area. It's not hard to find and is a nice walk in the evening. Parking is just on the street.

Witch's Hat Water Tower offers a great view of downtown Minneapolis and a small park to walk. There are some very steep paths so watch the little ones while exploring. Located right up the road from Surly Brewery it offers a perfect place to relax...More

Best view of Minneapolis downtown from its highest point. Lots of park benches around the tower to sit and relax while enjoying the view. Excellent spot for a date.

Decided to visit the Witch's Hat Water Tower. I lived here for 15 years and never saw it up close. What a great view of Minneapolis. Unfortunately the new Viking Stadium gets in the way.

I stopped in around sunset on my way to a business dinner. Great to get up high in this otherwise fairly flat area, and the views were worth it. Also a treat to drive through the beautiful old neighborhoods leading up to the site.

I played tennis near here with a cousin. It's a great landmark in an older Minneapolis neighborhood. Beautiful old trees, windy roads and of course, the Mississippi River.

Old water tower that looks as if it has a witch's hat on the top of the tower. Great views of downtown Minneapolis. Casual walk in the neighbourhood you will find many older unique homes.

Awesome 1930's architecture. Building inside is Lit up at night & one can see wooden ceiling from the ground. Questionable after dark. No lighting on the grounds.
