Parker's Lake Park has a nice walking path that goes about halfway around the lake. There are lots of benches to sit and gaze at the lake.

DFL used one of the two large shelters to provide the next crop of local and state candidates. Convenient, easy to find and plenty of room.

Nothing fancy here, just a great, little pond for locals. It has a beach area staffed by lifeguards part of the day. The paved trails around the lake are excellent, along with the playground area, and the sand volleyball courts. It does have some algae...More

Yes they are, you can walk almost all the way around the lake but on the east end the trail drops into a residential area. Just follow the bike trail paths in that area. My dog loves this lake and the surrounding park area!
