Challenge: find an activity for girl, 15 and two boys, 9 and 18 - indoors in March. Solution: I heard about this a couple years ago...just thought about it recently for a family birthday. What a blast! Thrilling for sure but safe and most importantly, they've a coaching staff with the perfect balance of instruction and encouragement. We kept moving... More

My date took me there as a surprise and what a surprise it turned out to be! We had the place all to ourselves for and hour with three instructors. The staff is awesome, fun and very friendly. They do everything to ensure you get the best out of the experience. One of the most exciting things I've done in... More

A very talented staff who put safety first and fun a close second! Actually flying on a real trapeze was hands-down one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life! Terrified at first, but the safety techniques along with adrenaline and checking another fantasy dream off my bucket list helped me climb the 22-foot ladder to the jumping-off platform over... More

It was a random idea the night before to head to Twin City Trapeze on a Saturday morning to give trapezing a try! There were four of us and we had so much fun. A big shout out to the trainers Katie, Devan and Russell. They made us feel comfortable and were supportive despite our fear of heights and trapezing.... More

My 16year old nephew is not easily impressed. This is experience was fantastic. He actually said and meant "if I lived here, I would get a second job to pay for being here more often". The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The staff is great, you have new customers!

This is one of those experiences in life not to miss! We had people of all ages, abilities and comfort in our group. Some were even very afraid of heights and they even had a ball! Get ready for a self-confidence boost. Flying on a trapeze teaches young and old that there is nothing one can't do if you put... More

This small trapeze place is tucked in the old Hamm's Brewery building on the east side of St Paul. The staff are expeirenced flyers that can get your heart pumping and the adrenline flowing. Great for a different type date!

I really enjoyed trapezing, but what I liked more was the chance to overcome some fears. While I was extremely nervous doing this activity (more so than ziplining in the past), the staff is both helpful and encouraging. You're urged to try things before you're ready, and trust yourself and the staff. What a practice in truly "letting go." The... More

My girlfriend took me here as a last minute date night idea and WOW! I never in 1000 years would have imagined I could have done this but I totally did. I am 39 years old and not in the best shape, but was amazed at what I accomplished. The staff is absolutely amazing and they are able to make... More
