The walkway along the St Croix River was very nice; unfortunately, there is little shade. We were there on a very hot summer day. The trees are there, they just need time to grow. The view across the river must be beautiful during peak fall...More

I frequent this park for various reasons - a walk along the river, art shows, various festivals. It is a great location near downtown businesses. Easy to access no matter where you park downtown Stillwater. If the St. Croix River is high, part of it...More

When it's not flooded it is a great place to watch the river and boats. It's a perfect place to sit and enjoy a snack while people watching.

Lowell park along the St. Croix is beautiful. Currently parts are closed including the lowest walkway due to high water. Still a lovely park and you can still walk along the river.

Went on the 4th of July and spent the day at Lowell Park. Wonderful scenery, good restaurants, nice walk along the river. Good firework show and had a blast listening to the live band and watching the cannons shoot. Very neat experience!

Absolutely beautiful.. You are able to walk right along the river. You can see the lift bridge. Boat of all types passing by. A step back into the serenity you desire.

This is a really nice place to walk along the river. There are usually other people around, except perhaps very late at night. The views are great, you can see the lift bridge, all kinds of boats on the water, and Wisconsin across the river....More

Water Street Inn is right by the bridge and Lowell Park. The only hotel downtown.
