This is a very impressive area that is very entertaining for children (and grown ups). Some steeper declines and you need to take a ladder out again, but it is fine if you wear good shoes and are reasonably secure in walking in slightly rough...More
And a play on words, Helvete. Nice little walk tour viewing this nature phoenomena. A cafeteria serving simple food such as waffles and nice people working there. Don't forget the souvernirs and diploma for having travelled to Helvete (Hell and Back).

That is absolutely true. Norway have a lot of nice places to visit but none of them has Northern Europes largest potholes you can visit. On the other hand, in the admission fee (Nok 50,-) parking and toilets are included!! Hope to see you again...More
A little adventure to climb down as we had rain but it was a very well prepared trail. Beautiful place . Vegetation, stone, water, canyon- great. Also a restaurant with Thai- food wich smelled very nice. A picknic area clean toilet.
It was great here. Bring good shoes and enjoy!
