VERY VERY disappointing. Half the exhibits were closed. The grounds were unkempt. The benches were covered with so much mold we wouldn't sir on them. Having some sort of water issue and both cafes were closed. Very disappointed!

It is an expensive venture that the city obviously cannot afford. May be should scale down or close until the state sees better times finacially. As it stands now it is a disgrace!
