I am amazed at how the new color routes are working, it had been a few years since we have gone and the traffic was a little better due to the new routes. The 76 strip is still pretty slow going during show times and...More

First time in Branson and yes the main strip does have a lot of traffic. The way I look at it is the slower you go the more you get to see.The one thing they were also doing is construction which did add to the delay.If...More

This was our 12th trip to Branson in a span of 37 years so we remember when there were just 4 shows on "the strip" and Country 76 Boulevard was the ONLY way in and out. New roads and by passes have been constructed over...More

It doesn't matter how buys the strip is we love to drive down it a night just to see it lit up. My wife and I know all the side roads but take 76 anyway just for the fun of it.

The "main drag" hasn't changed any--it is still a nightmare to maneuver, especially after shows. We will finally getting the hang of missing some of the traffic after 4 days.

Lots to see, but the traffic is crazy! All. Day. Long. I was told next time to follow the colored routes around town. Think we will take that advice.

Horrendous traffic. There are colored alternate routes to help avoid the bumper to bumper traffic. We found those to be convenient, time, and patience saving. You'll probably have to get out onto 76 to get to certain attractions, shows, or restaurants.

Touristy section is 8 miles from end to end max. Town of Downtown Branson is small with steep hills.
