This is a fun, free, interactive, educational spot in Branson. It informs you of the dams purpose and benefits, as well as talks at great lengths about the White River and it's other waterways.

Very educational stop. Lots of animal displays with skeletons from area animals too. Lake flooding history and the reasoning for the dams in the area. Nice, cool stop on a hot July day.

Spent about 2 hours. Has Reading material as to how lake got to be. It's right on the lake and plenty of parking.

History of the area and information about the dam and lake are presented in a wonderful modern building. Recommend.

This is a good place to stop and see, in our case, we were driving by and were encouraged to stop in by the woman at the Fish Hatchery. I don't want to say much, because you need to go explore it for yourself.

Interesting to see the changes that this Dam has done. How it impacted the areas after it was built.

I was a good way to get out of the heat. They have several exhibits for the kids, is a clean place would be back again

Visited here during a short trip to Branson. Extremely modern, beautiful and informative regarding the history of the dam. Interactive areas explain different aspects of the idea, creation and power of this beautiful area.

It was interesting to see the old vs new controls of the dam and also to see why the White River needed a dam.
