My husband and I visited the hatchery and surrounding trails. What a beautiful place! It was fun to see and feed the trout from hatchlings on up, the blue water of the spring was gorgeous and the trails were magnificent. This was the highlight of our trip. If you're looking for a beautiful outing for the day, this amazing park... More

Fun to see all the baby fish being raised. Kids really love this place and it is FREE! Nice experience for the whole family for an hour or so.

If you are anywhere close, do not miss this beautiful park. I'm not a fisherman but the spring and the hatchery are spectacular. I'll bring the grandkids back for the kids fishing festival in May or August.

At breakfast this morning at Sunrise Family Restaurant in Casseville, we were talking about how you can leave your fishing stuff on the bank or,bench and no one messes with it. In this day and age, that is a rare thing, anywhere else someone would try to take your pole or tackle.... More

We were on our way from Springfield Missouri to Ft Smith Ark when I happened to see the signs directing us there. My husband agreed to go but reminded me we were on a tight schedule so I promised we wouldn't stay long... which sadly we didn't... but once there I remembered going as a child, good memories from that...
