Was looking forward to this visit with GF and her family members who were visiting from Holland! Francis who owns the brewery obviously knows all there is to know about brewing beer... that's a given! However he's too close to it! It's difficult for him to explain it all in layman's terms it's too technical and too much unnecessary detail... More

Nice independent family business. Did a tour by one of the owners, and a tasting of three great beers.

Had a tour of the Brewery with a group of Business colleagues before we had a meal. The guide was very passionate but I couldn't hear him very well because of the heating system coming on and lost interest. The Beer sampling was much better and I'm not even a beer drinker. This could perhaps convert me. The food was... More

I have never been here before. It is a lovely old building just on the outskirts of Lisburn. It is full of character. There is a little outdoor bit which we sat in because we have dogs. There was a little garden outside to run about in. We thought the food was good and staff were helpful. We even left... More

Applause!!! A classy night of Rock for kids of 18 to grandparents! "Raised on Rock" was the highlight of the opening night - an award winning Belfast tribute band performing from Ozzy Osbourne to Def Lepard! Fabulous marquees, gourmet food stalls (restaurant quality) an impressive selection of beers and ciders and of course wine was there too. From business men... More

$10 Pounds for the tour of the facilities of Irelands oldest Independent Brewery. Great tour of the facilities by the owner and then into the restaurant where we were given 3 beers to try , all delicious. We also had lunch there which is highly recommended. The Barneys brew was our favourite.

This place is extremely poor. Ordered a steak, had to return it 3 times as it was cold, finally on the 4th attempt it was hot. Had eaten here before and it was really good so i was looking forward to returning. I wont be back.
