This is a great place to go to begin your search on ancestry, local history, and just to see some neat things throughout the year. They have a nice gallery to walk through to learn as you go.

Not easy to find, but worth a visit. The Archives building has very interesting traveling exhibits, that change regularly. We usually go there for their speaker events which are always enjoyable. It is free and easy to tour through.

The National Archives in Kansas City is a treasure trove for actual original documents. Help is available for research. A decent video and bench seating is available when entering, and should be viewed. We made our first trip there to see the Nazi Propaganda exhibit...More
