Many people said seats were too small, yes the legroom is sparse, just like flying coach on a plane. I went to bathroom before the Lion King, so no issues with long lines. There are lots of stairs. Sound was great but the many crying/talking...More

The Play was wonderful, however I used the Ladies Restrooms and the doors did not have locks. The fact that the bathrooms are downstairs makes it very difficult for a disabled person to get to. For the amount of money we paid for the tickets,...More

This was our first ever visit to The Music Hall. We went to see The Lion King. Regardless of the performance, it would be hard to enjoy due to small-uncomfortable seats, inadequate restroom facilities, too many stairs and insufficient event parking. We arrived 1-hour early,...More

I only attend events at Music Hall if it is my only option. There is not enough pitch on the floor and many times I cannot see over the head(s) in front of me. The sound in most areas is awful. To reach a restroom...More

It is a great venue for watching any theater performance. I've sat on the floor near the orchestra pit and up in the balcony .. I've never been disappointed by the experience. Only concerns are parking - especially if there are other major events going...More

My wife and I saw Evanescence here on 12/11/2017. Other than issues with the staff seating late comers in the wrong places, we enjoyed ourselves very much. The acoustics sounded great with the orchestra. As others have noted it does appear that the music hall...More

I haven't had any issues bringing one in. Depending on the show they may not let you take photos inside the hall though.
