So disappointed. Big part of our trip was to visit here. However, this place is closed on Saturdays! We couldn't believe it. Why oh why would you close on Sat??? Super disappointed.

Came in for the Spring Festival and was not disappointed. Lots of quality vendors selling heirloom plants, homemade crafts as well as unique food trucks. Entertainment was great! Tour great. And at $5 for admission real deal.

My wife visited mostly to pick up some seeds from their extensive selection but the kids had a lot of fun visiting the various village buildings and seeing the animals. Definitely worth a visit especially if you love growing things

Went to their spring festival and was surprised at how big it was. Lots of vendors, a big tent for lectures and live music. It was a very fun day and I came back with some great information and, of course, seeds!

I'm not a gardener, but I am a history-lover. I'll be traveling through Missouri this fall. Is the Bakersville Pioneer Village worth a visit on a non-festival weekday just for lunch and a look around?

When is the village open? Hours of the day and what schedule during the year? Is there any cost?

I'm not sure if the village is open all the time or not. I was there for a festival. I do know they are always closed on Saturday. There was no fee when I went for the festival. I'm sure their website has more details
