This is a short drive, approximately 32 miles from Jasper, AB if you are visiting Banff and the Icefield Pwky, via TC-16W. One of the highest mountains in British Columbia, and some of the best mountain views from the roadway you will ever see. You can find plenty information at the Mount Robson visitor center, plus there are displays on... More

A wonderful sight to see. The stunning Robson peak looks so beautiful when weather clears and you have some blue sky. A great place for a rest stop anyway as it is on the main highway with the usual cafe, shop and tourist centre. Excellent photo opportunities all around the area.

Where else can you get a $28 / nite for a clean campground including hot shower? The bathroom was clean, the water was hot. Even the layout is unique: spiral look. The Visitor Centre itself has a very stunning background : Mt Robson, highest mount in BC.

We had to stop in here before heading on our backpacking trip to Berg Lake. We checked in and watched the pre-hike video. We really enjoyed seeing the 3-D topographical map of the area. The team staffing this visitors center are very helpful and informative. Besides the great view you can purchase t-shirts and books.

Great center with access to a 4.5 mile hike (moderately strenuous) in the highest Canadian Rockies to see the beautiful turquoise waters of Kinney Lake (first part the Berg Lake Trail). The exceptionally helpful staff went out of her way to help me research and book a paragliding excursion in Golden, Alberta.

Since it's directly at the highway and Mt. Robson the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies you must definitively stop there. It's a great place to get information plus they have WiFi!

Informative and friendly is what you want from a visitor's center and that is exactly what we got with the guy who helped us. There's clean washrooms and a deck to snap photos plus lots of parking.
