A lot of interesting items. However it felt cluttered and overwhelming. I had a hard time figuring out what to look at or the importance of some items. Staff not very helpful.

Love history and been to many museums in my 50 years. This one is very well done. The kids will love it too.

Every time family comes to visit us here in St Joseph, the Patee House Museum is tops on the list to visit... I have been there over a half dozen times and always discover something new... Excellent displays, well planned , clean and well lit.

Amazing local museum. Quite large and covers all types of subjects. Too outstanding to even describe. You must go here. We will be back.

This was a fun and interesting place to visit, but don't expect a high-gloss museum. It's just a delightful hodgepodge of historical items seemingly thrown together at random, like the WWI artillery cannon next to a covered wagon. There are rooms that have a diorama...More

There were so many things to enjoy looking at from the past! We did a little scavenger hunt to find the modern item that didn't belong in each section. They have signs to help id where to look. Turn it in for a fun souvenir!
