Came here on a Sunday for my boyfriend & I to enjoy our day off. Free & Fun! Of course we ended up spending some money along the way getting our photo taken, food, and donating to help the animals. It was a good experience, I'll definitely be visiting again if I'm in town.

We wanted to visit Forest Park before we left and see the zoo. The place is clean and you are never far from a restroom. My wife really appreciated that fact. Walking get the zoo will take about three hours to see every exhibit. Everything is not free, you have to pay for the children's zoo and shows. The prices... More

Compared to my childhood zoo in Cincinnati, this zoo is massive. My initial thoughts were that there was a lot of empty space and walking between the animals. That said, they have a great assortment of animals from across the world. The penguin habitat is rather unique and gives a close-up view of the penguins and puffins. The train ride... More

We love this zoo! My husband & I have visited several times over the years. This weekend was my 14 month olds first visit. The $14 adventure pass is worth it. It gets you in the stingray exhibit where you can touch them, train rides, carousel, and sea lion show, and the children's petting zoo. The new addiction of the... More

We went to the City Museum first and only had a few hours before closing to try and rush through everything. Admission is free so it was still a good option. Lots of nice, shady walkways and rest areas for tired feet. We didn't get the full experience but it was nice weather and we enjoyed our time there. There... More

What a great place to visit. It's free to get in but you do pay for parking but it's per car so if you have a lot of people in your car it's totally worth it. The penguin and puffins are the coolest exhibit!

We spent the afternoon at Forest Park. It was raining so we ducked into one of the museums first and then after it cleared up we went to the zoo. We parked the street. Couldn't believe there is no charge to get it and no need to pay for parking (we are from the Milwaukee / Chicago area where you... More

The St. Louis Zoo has many unique exhibits. The sea lion exhibit is wonderful. Walking under the water to see them is amazing.
