Another place in St. Louis that is under construction. The mall is gone. I couldn't even get near the place. Walked around a little bit to see if I could get into the old train station that is now the hotel and couldn't find the entrance. Wasn't worth the walk to try and find the entrance. Too bad. Wasted trip... More

We were a little disappointed by the visit this time. It seems like it's ran down and a lot of businesses inside have closed.

We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas holidays. St.Louis downtown gets rather deserted in the evenings, even more so at this end of Market. With the closure of the mall, there is nothing to do in easy walking distance. Not a lot to do at the hotel either, other than pricey meals and drinks. On the plus side, the... More

My wife purchased four 730 first class tickets for the train. We arrived at 5 because we were told to get there early and go the Vip elves lounge and there was lots to do! Lies!! There is maybe 30-45 minutes of nothing to do a good example is the "santas maze room" you walk in to a room with... More

My 8 year old son has been wishing for a North Pole train trip since last year and so we bought tickets (much confusion to know what was included in a ticket) and when we get to Union Station, the station itself looks great but the North pole which should have been the majestic pinnacle of Santa's house... a fantasy... We decided to stop off at Union Station on our way to Six Flags to see the Christmas decorations. We did not ride the train because our son is getting older and we did that in Branson several years ago. I must say, I really enjoyed walking around an looking at the decorations inside the station. We had to pay... More

I purchased Cupid VIP tickets for this. First, things are very disorganized and not well labelled. No one could tell me what all was included and what wasnt and the email confirmation i received did not have any details either. Union Station was decorated beautifully and the staff were so friendly and cheerful! The train car we were seated in... More

I booked the VIP package for my son and I on the North Pole Express. With that we were to have VIP boarding at 7:00 p.m. I ordered the tickets online and all seemed set. When we arrived at Union Station, we followed the signs to boarding and waited. At 7:00 the train arrived at passengers from the last trip... More

They are renovating Union Station. We went to the Grand Hall & it is beautiful. They have a light & music show at night all around the ceiling. They will have a Ferris Wheel in summer of 2017. Right now for Christmas they have all kinds of things to see & do for the children in Union Station where the... More

Place is being abandoned by businesses due to a planned closure for renovation. So, let's hope there's something here in 2018.
