Beautiful hotel, but not handicapped friendly. There's a lot of walking, especially crossing the walking bridge to the casino and in the casino. It would help if there were places to sit during the walk from and to the casino and the hotel. Also more...More

Just because they say it's newly remodeled all they really did was replace the carpet and updated the furniture. Which I might add, removed some seating. They staff if rude everytime we've called, everytime we have checked in, etc.

This is definitely not the #1 casino . And it is so difficult to win anything there. The buffets are horrible and not clean and the drawings and promotional events are biased.

We can't believe that a casino with it's revenues can not keep mold out of bathrooms. My wife turned on heel and immediately rejected the room; further she did not have any interest to check an alternative room.
