We were told it was good. We really enjoyed it. The service was great very friendly. The choices were great we all tried different ones. May go back while we are in town. Worth the drive. Not to far from the zoo.

So where I’m from our frozen custard places are generic chains. They don’t do anything quite as exciting as Ted Drew’s. I think it’s good to go here because it’s the original, it’s on Route 66, and had a bevy of flavors to choose from...which...More

We were visiting St.Louis and the hotel told us about Drews Frozen Custard. We tried their "cement". We are from New York and Marvel custard is far superior to Drews. Don't understand what the attraction is.

If you are ever in St Louis you HAVE to go to Ted Drew's. Their frozen custard is the best! It is so smooth and creamy. It's like silk! They have a huge variety of sundaes and flavors. Freshly made. And it's a fun gathering...More

The custard was very creamy. The concrete is just a blizzard. I love ice cream so I was glad we went after the recommendation, but don't go ut of your way. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Our family loved the custard and as a lactose intolerant person I opted for the Orange slush. It was not good at all. Funny after taste and very sweet. Great staff!

Even at 530 on warm Saturday the lines are long, but they move fast. They are very efficient at what they do. The custard is good, so go try it!

An STL staple. If you're visiting, GO! If you're a native but you've never been, GO! Ted Drewes has been apart of my hometown glory since I was a little girl walking from Spring & Itaska with nothing more than 4 quarters. I was excited...More

Anybody in the know about Route 66 says you must try Teds place well we did. There is a vast choice of flavours and a choice of sizes which can be confusing to newcomers and can slow service down a bit. But bear with it...More
