Go early, and go often. The home/farm land of Ulysses S. Grant with rolling hills and a tram to take you for a ride. This process is very organized and gives you a quick bit of history and view of the property. After arriving there is an animal show, carousel ride ($2), elephants, birds, porcupine, camels, horses and goats. A... More

Grant's Farm is one of my favorite places to visit in St. Louis. We live on the Illinois side of the river so it is a bit of a jaunt for us but we try to get there yearly. Oh and did I mention they give you 2 complimentary beers while you are there? ;)

The attraction is free but you'll pay $12 to park, a bargain. This popular attraction is often heavily attended so arrive by 9-9:30 AM if possible. Available activities are explained during your tram ride through the deer park.

I have been visiting this place since I was a little girl and am now sharing the experience with my Grand daughter who also loves it. Feeding the goats or camels, rubbing the pigs belly or even wondering how the buffalo sleep at night. Great family fun.

Your kids will love the animals, the train ride, feeding the baby goats, seeing Clydesdales up close and the adults will enjoy the beer garden. Parking fee but admission is free. It is a St. Louis treasure that you must visit. Nestled in a residential community, safe neighborhood, great family destination. The train takes you to the various areas so... More

Enjoyed the entire park. Very clean and well maintained. People were very friendly. The animals seemed to be well cared for. The Budweiser Clydesdale are amazing and to see them up close was great.

Family fun. There is some walking but not a lot. The Elephant show was very informative. The bird show is always a joy. And you have to feed the goats when you are there. And don't forget the 2 glass free beer. Free expect for parking.

My connection to Grant's Farm dates back to the mid-50's when I was a child. One of my relatives was a caregiver for the Budweiser Clydesdale Horses and we visited the stables before it was a St. Louis favorite attraction. Great memories.

I admittedly didn't know much about Grant's Farm prior to our visit except it's free and it's connected to the Anheuser Busch family. We did pay to park which I knew from looking at the website, they took a nice family picture while we waited to board the tram. The guide was informative. We enjoyed the Tier Garten area, my...
