For a $12 parking fee, you and your family/friends are admitted free to a 281 acre historical farm. Enjoy a free elephant show and a free animal/bird show. Take a free tram ride through a 160 acre animal preserve, featuring 30 species of animals. There's a large beer garden offering delicious food and beverages. The kids loved it, as did... More

I thought this was an absolutely gorgeous place and enjoyed the peaceful tram ride from where you park to where the actual attraction is. That said, we were there on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and it was CRAZY!!!!! Once we parked, it took us two hours to ride the tram, walk to the food area, stand in line, find a... More

4 of us (adults) went to just kill time one Sunday afternoon before leaving town. It had been years since I had been there. It is great for little kids as they can pet goats, ride a camel, ride a pony and more. I assume that this is visited frequently by those with little kids that live in the area.... More

We're from out of town and preferred the zoo over Grant's Farm. A lot of locals were in line - seemed like a weekend activity. They have a petting zoo of sorts right when you walk in and some animals (elephants, kangaroos, etc.). The baby goats were totally gorged and not interested in any of the milk. The carousel was... Overall for young children it was fun. But the German food area seemed disoriented and out of sync. Very slow with taking orders. The tram lines were pretty slow If not for the clouds it would have been unbearable. Maybe because it was the first day open for the season.

Always a great place to visit, plus you get two free beers. Parking is a little expensive, but you will enjoy the scenery.

For a small parking fee you get a tram ride through the Deer Park to see lots of animals from around the world while hearing a great tour guide describe them. Next you get to tour the Tiergarden (small animal zoo) and the Barnhauf Courtyard to eat, drink and sample two Anheuser-Busch products (if you are over 21 years old).... More

I have been going to Gran'ts Farm for years, and it has remained one of the best, and most popular tourist attractions in St, Louis. Just like the Zoo, Grant's Farm has no admission price! it's wonderful for families, friends, and couples to visit.
