This is a one hour tour of Helena including the history of Helena and Last Chance Gulch. You will see the Capital Complex, the historic homes on Helena's West Side and the early day mining district. The trains depart just outside the Montana Historical Museum, which is located on the East side of the Capitol Building.

This is the 3rd time I have been on the tour train. Each time I learn something new. During this tour, I had guest aged 6-76. Everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Helena!

This ride was an excellent way to learn Helena history and see it first hand. We are from Ohio and had never been to Helena before. Our conductor made the trip very interesting.

Sadly I think the answer is no for the regular tour. However is you call 406-442-1023 they might be able to arrange it. I do know they have other tour options and buses. Google the Last Chance Tours for a brochure.

It is about 4 miles to the tour train & very easy to get to with main roads & the interstate nearby.
