A fun day of sapphire hunting. The temp was literally 100 degrees the day we went. There are tables in the shade and water misters overhead to keep you cool. You can buy a bag to mine for either 50, 75, or 100 dollars.

My son and I had a great day picking through our rocks, we even found several rough sapphirestart and garnets! The staff was friendly and informative about the history of the area and how to effectively go through our rock dig. Will definitely go back!
