Already knew the beer was great, but stopped in for dinner at the "cozy" bistro and it was excellent as well. Nice German menu, Sort of off the beaten path in Missoula, but worth the stop.

We tried their beer flight, and every single one of the beers was excellent. They brew German beers so you won't find IPAs, etc. We also ordered lunch. They have fantastic German cuisine and incredibly reasonable prices. We were on a road trip and just...More

Not sure what we did (nothing) but the bartendress was in a crap mood the moment we arrived. The Amber was pretty good. The Dumptruck was good too. Good beer. Bad service.

We stopped here when we were in Missoula. The beer and traditional German food were both incredible. Tasted like home cooking. The restaurant was small and cozy and the staff was incredibly friendly. High recommend!

Seemed like they had solid beers but not really the type of beer I like so I can't rate it well. Nice people and atmosphere!

The beers are classic and satisfying. The Edelweiss Bistro menu is varied and authentic. The pretzel sandwich is delicious. New barman Matt is a great addition to an already fine staff. Lots of fun, relaxing atmosphere, and good people. We'll be back!
