I attended a 5 day photographic workshop in Yellowstone NP. The workshop was hosted/led by Bob Harvey and Diane Kelsay, the owners of Nature Photography Adventures and our guide was Brian Wilson from Buffalo Bus Tours. Both the workshop and Brian were outstanding. Brian's knowledge of the park, his ability to track wildlife and his helpful demeanor complimented the wonderful... More

Booked a snow coach tour with this outfit and received nothing but misinformation and bad customer service. Cannot recommend them at all.

This was our second time for the winter snow coach. Jon was a great driver and quite knowledgeable about the park and others he compared Yellowstone too. We had the most amazing day. Lots of Bison, Gyzers, a few Elk and a Couple of coyotes. Of course Old Faithfall is always a beautiful sight. We will be back with more... More

Our driver, Brian Wilson, was safe, caring, very knowledgable about the park. We were part of an official photography workshop but Brian clearly knew the park well enough to suggest appropriate places for the time of day and weather. I felt very safe with him in tough driving winter conditions.

Tour to Canyon with guide, Ed. Awesome driver that was able to take us in on some seriously snow covered roads safely. He led a Very interesting tour with history lessons along the way. Accommodating - make multiple stops to allow pics to be made.

Buffalo Bus operates the BEST, most comfortable vehicles with the most knowledgeable and experienced guides in West Yellowstone. I was a guest in a 5 day photo safari in January 2017 and I was able to observe all of the other operators and its pretty clear why Buffalo Bus is #1 rated. If you can, request Brian Wilson - he... My wife and I booked the Old Faithful snowcoach tour. It was a great way to spend a day. Well worth the money. We saw thermal features we missed while in the Park during the summer. Our guide and driver, John was knowlegable and helpful. We are going to go back to do the Canyon tour when we can.

My wife and I booked both canyon and old faithful tours. Both our guides (Justin and Jon) were awesome and extreme informative. The snow coaches were well equipped and very warm.
