This below street level garden is a beautiful splash of color and relaxation; despite being located near busy streets and intersection. It is definitely worth a visit anytime spring, summer or fall.

The garden is amazing with full bloom in September. It is a tranquil place and photographer's dream. The gardens are often the setting for weddings and senior portraits. The koi ponds and waterfalls are favorites.

This park is an oasis in the city. Beautiful, quiet and tranquil. Great place to walk and take some time to sit and enjoy the gardens along with the Koi ponds. Restrooms were clean and available.
