The house is very interesting, but the family history is even more interesting. Be sure to check out the bowling alley in the basement and learn about the J Sterling's sons and their businesses

We spent over an hour enjoying all 50+ rooms of this mansion. The historical information, as well as original furnishings, made this self-guided tour a gem-find. We highly recommend watching the short video, as well.

It was nice to be allowed to view every room in the Mansion and see the grounds and carriages as well. The video history presentation was well done. The tour guides were good but be aware that an additional $5 per person will be charged.
