Spent a day exploring the wiberues around Lincoln , NE. Following the always accurate GPS system we went down some dirt roads ,irrigation roads, and cow paths and finally found this nice place. I am sure the view is better in the fall but it was a grand spring day. The staff was great and gave a good overview if... More

Don't remember her name, but had great service. She really knew the wine and it's flavors. And we liked the wines as well. It was our first time there, but we'll be back

A quiet place of the main road near Raymond, NE. Wine tasting with interesting flavors. We enjoyed walking around the vineyard after the tasting and sitting and enjoying the countryside. Friendly staff introduce the wines and the interesting flavors of each. This was a great place to spend the afternoon.

We realized that there are different palates for wine just as there are for food and this may have been a personal thing. The wines here are much drier than we like. The service during the tasting was less private than we are accustomed to and felt obligated to compliment. Standing around a bar with strangers was uncomfortable. The free... More

Enjoyed the visit here. We went with a group and had the chance to visit with owner and it was great. Told us the story of his wines and how he started making wine. The wines were very good. The tasting experience was good. I would stop here again sometime.

I wasn't too sure about the tasting rules, which were you could only taste wines off of a list that the owner made, but it turned out great. The owner told us a lot about his wines as we did the tasting. I know I tried wines that I wouldn't have normally tasted and I liked them. There really wasn't... More

This is a small family owned facility with good wines. Because they use only their own grapes, anddon't buy additional stock from other states, their stock is limited. So if you taste one you like...don't wait to buy it.

This is a lovely family vineyard set in the hills of southeast Nebraska. The owner himself poured our tasting and told us a great deal of information about the flavors and wine making process. It is very obvious he loves what he does. The tasting room was on the smallish side but very nice. We opted to taste all of... More

My husband and I like to frequent local wineries and sample their products. The staff at WindCrest Winery were very knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. We bought several bottles and will go back again. Great job!

We visited six wineries this weekend in the Lincoln area and this is the only winery we did not buy any wine. The owner thinks he is the only person that knows wine. He loves telling people to do the tasting "his way". His way is you do the tasting in the order he wants and you have to try... More
