Station Casinos have taken over this property and the transition is anything but smooth. The hotel rooms are basically the same and are showing their age. The 24 hour cafe was closed during the two nights I stayed there leaving only the atrocious buffet as a breakfast option after 8am. Trying it once for breakfast was enough to never return.... More

The resort is a great place to stay. Everything is up to date. I stayed in the ivory tower 30th floor loved the view I had a corner unit so I had a view of the city and a view of the strip. customer service was good all around except one receptionist (female) at the front desk.

I don't understand why anyone would stay here. It's a $15 taxi ride each way to it as it is located a fair bit off the strip. It's too far from the Rio resort, which is also out that way, and there is no connecting shuttle bus or even a walkway between them. It's a very, very small casino with... More

I personally had such a pleasant experience checking in at the Palms Hotel. I had the honor to check in with a lovely staff member with the name Victoria, on Friday evening around 7pm. This trip was to treat my fiance and she was so helpful, accommodating, with an energy and heart of gold. Our second night, we had a... More

While the Palms is an older property it has been kept updated beautifully. The purchase was through Groupon. We had a premium corner room and it was huge with large picture windows facing the strip (about 1/2m away) and the mountains. The room was very modern and well appointed. The price included an extensive breakfast buffet including some Italian &... More

We have stayed at the Palms many times and each time they have served our group of 400+ great food and refreshments. The pool side service is great too!

My wife and I were staying at Rio in August when we read all of the Hype about the Palms being the best place to gamble in Vegas. Don't believe the hype. The Palms has extremely tight slot machines and not a lot of variety. I was not impressed. There was also very few quarter slot machines. It wasn't worth... More

My wife and I went Las Vegas for 4 nights. We stayed at the palms. The room was wonderful and desk people we very gracious. I went down stairs to play some video poker. I walked up a small ramp to a bar put a $100.00 bill in a machine. When I asked for a cocktail the bartender said I... More

I was in Las Vegas for business and had to work near the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. They are however a bit noisy. So if your neighbors are coming 'home' drunk at 4:30 am you are going to hear that. Aside from that the amenities of the hotel are nice.

Worst Las Vegas hotel I've ever stayed at: -You walk in and the casino smells like cheap, musky perfume. -We arrived at 9am and the front desk informed us that our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm but that they would call us if it was ready before that. We got a call at 4:37pm telling us our room was... More
