About
Currently the second largest in the world, the 550-foot tall ferris wheel located at the LINQ lets you soar above Las Vegas for panoramic views of the city. Each revolution takes about 30 minutes and each cabin holds up to 40 people. The views are prettiest at night when the city is illuminated, and you can opt for a Happy Hour ticket that comes with an open bar in the cabin. Day tickets are cheaper if you are looking to save, and tickets are also included in several Las Vegas City Passes. – Tripadvisor

    Nice Attraction
Nice attraction for a good view of the area. It isn't as "scary" as one might think. It takes 30 min to make its cycle so one doesn't even feel it moving. The car is also stationary so it doesn't "swing" like the old ferris wheels. I would do it at night if possible.

    High Roller at Night
We decided to go late evening, it was quiet and we only shared the pod with one other couple. The views are night are great with everything lit up. They take your photo before you go on and try and get you to buy the photo package after, however the photo's are expensive especially after paying for the High Roller itself, and although it is a good experience it does go quickly and we felt the tickets should be lower priced.

    Great views and no line!
Loved the views! You get to see both the city and the surrounding mountains. We were also able to get great pics of the Sphere and the F1 race set up. We bought tickets ahead of time so we were able to walk right on. There wasn’t much of a line for buying tickets so if you want to wait to buy them, you should be fine. Don’t skip out on the pics before getting on! They were actually fun with a variety of backgrounds to choose from.

Jaw dropping sized Ferris wheel with stunning views of the Sphere and Airport side of town.
Spectacular wheel with great views of the Sphere and airport side of Vegas. You don’t get to see along the strip really but you do see some buildings nearby. Nice big gondola to fit a good group that can easily see out and take some good pictures. Probably best at night but still good during the day. Easy to access from monorail and nearby tourist street with many restaurants and shops. Another must see but I would pick the Strat Hotel viewing platform over this for the best views.

Fantastic Views and Worth the Splurge!
I had a fantastic experience and would gladly do it again. Admittedly, like many things in Vegas, it was a bit pricey, but the breathtaking views of the strip and mountains made it totally worth it. The added perk of being able to enjoy food and drinks (no glass bottles) was a definite plus. However, a small tip: if you go for general admission, bring a plastic bag for your trash disposal; there isn't a trash bin in sight. Overall, a memorable experience with just a minor consideration for costs.

    High above the strip
This was an awesome experience. We did the HappyHalf Hour, which has an open bar. The choices are very basic, but it’s a fun way to see the entire greater Las Vegas area from over 500 feet in the air. It moves so slow, there was no sense of motion sickness or fear of height. We made friends with the others who were in our cart. Highly recommend.

    Happy hour worth the price
I took my daughter to Vegas for her 21st birthday one of the places she wanted to go was the High roller in the bar cabin. It was fantastic! The bartender was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. The view at night was so cool and something I hope to do again.

    Brilliant view!
Went on this during the day and didn't really have to queue. Reasonably priced and really enjoyable. As you go up to board you go through a bar area where you can buy a drink and take it with you. We waited about 10 minutes to board our pod. It wasn't over crowded and went slowly enough to enjoy the view. It was really interesting and there were facts and narrative being broadcast through a speaker whilst the pod was going round. It was fun being able to see all the hotels from above and what their pools were like, and then it was announced when you were at the top and highest point. The view over towards the mountains was breathtaking. This was well worth the price paid and we took lots of memorable photos. Enjoying a cocktail whilst going round was an added bonus!

    Great view
We took a ride before 17:00. It was a good experience overall. The cabins are big , the view is great and it takes about 30 minutes. The best spot to view the strip is as soon as you walk in to the right.

    Incredible views at night
The High Roller gave us an amazing view of the Strip. We went about 8 pm in the evening. We could see Las Vegas in all directions especially the Sphere - which was always changing and the Bellagio fountains. It was reasonably priced in relation to the other view options ( Strat and Eiffel Tower) and I feel we got a better view to take pics. I would definitely recommend doing this. You have to commit about 45 minutes - some time for entry and 30 minutes for the ride. My suggestions are to try to time the trip so that 10-15 minutes into it ( when you will be at the highest point of the rise) the Bellagio fountains are going off and find and use a 25% off coupon ( making the ride about $26 per person at night plus tax). The LVMonorail offered one if you had a current monorail ticket.

Two couples visiting Vegas and wanted to check out the views. We had purchased our tickets with our show tickets the night before. The High Roller tickets were an add on and were valid for 30 days from purchase. We went mid day and had the pod to ourselves. We were able to see the mountains and stunning vistas surrounding Vegas over the tops of the buildings. The pod was equipped with clear views, two bench seats and information playing on the video screens above the doors.

Got a bargain on vegas dot com for a night ride but found myself looking at a sprawl of city lights for the 28 minute ride. Think there would be more to see in a daytime ride. Not sure how more than 6 yoga mats could fit in the pod for the more steeply priced yoga offering though I believe I saw cabin capacity was rated at something like 37 people. At 1am there was one couple making out, a Russian mob family with gangsta' dad, made up mom and two teens and me in the space. That felt like plenty. Also consider that if you spring for the "all you can drink" free bar cabin your bartender has 28 minutes to serve everyone. There is a countdown that tells you exactly how long you are on the ride and a semi-annoying Las Vegas travelogue/commercial that plays the whole time you are onboard.

Although I had never experienced the High Roller before this trip, I actually ended up doing it twice this time—once during the day and once at night. Both times of day are great in my opinion, it just depends on what type of experience you want. They do charge more for the night time views, but honestly it’s really the same viewpoint. The ride takes exactly 30 minutes and is very slow moving, so there’s plenty of time for pictures. During COVID times, they are capping the number of people per pod to about 6-8 total. It’s a HUGE pod, so you have plenty of breathing room. There will be a bar just before you get on the escalators to board, so if you want a drink, grab one! You’re allowed to take a drink with you! I think this attraction is a must visit if you’ve never done it before!

Great view and a fun experience, though do not choose the bar package. Just buy a drink and bring it on. If they squeeze the 30 max into your pod, you will not get your money's worth on the bar package. The ride last 30 minute. It was fun and we got some great pics.

My husband and I visited The High Roller after purchasing a Happy Hour ticket via Groupon. Essentially you ride The High Roller for a 30-minute circulation with an on-service bar attendant where you can drink to your heart's content. We were a little worried when we were paired with a bachelor party (both because of their potential obnoxiousness and the lack of service available to us as a couple); however, the bar attendant was keen to meet everyone's needs. This was a great way to experience the Strip early on during our visit and I'd recommend going as close to dusk as possible as the views are gorgeous with the setting sun behind the strip.

I was a little hesitant about doing this because I dont like confined spaces and heights. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxing and fun it was, never feeling pressured or enclosed. We took the bar service and it was fun! The bartender was great, made the ride more enjoyable and he was good at pointing out sights and had great stories! All of us had a great time watching the Bellagio fountains while riding. I would definitely do it again. Do it at night and buy tickets online ahead of time to avoid the ticket line. We actually bought tickets online while in line and saved 15 mins or so of waiting!

We had pre-booked the Happy Half Hour Experience before we traveled to Vegas, for a Saturday night. When we arrive for our ride, the wheel had been stopped and queues were ridiculously long. We spoke to an attendant who issued us with new tickets which were valid for 1 use within the next 30 days - winner!
We returned on the Sunday evening to a much quieter queue and the wheel in motion. The pods are large; we had around 20 people in ours and there was plenty of room. The bar tender was very efficient and made sure that everyone got the most of the ‘free bar’ while getting some incredible views.
Would definitely recommend the High Roller at night, or even at sunset, for some amazing views of the strip - and get the Happy Half Hour package!

They charged us $60 to ride this wheel for 30 mins with the promise of unlimited drinks. Well 8 of us literally only had 1 drink or if you were lucky maybe 2. The section we were in was all pretty full. There was only 1 bartender, an old grumpy old man who seemed to hate his job and was slow as molasses. This was a total ripoff, on top of that we had to pay for pictures if we wanted one. Now everytime I see this wheel of lies, I immediately get angry and try and forget about the ordeal all over again.

The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because we were in line at 4:50pm, the people in front of us had issue with ticketing. It was 5:01 when we were helped and they would NOT budge on giving us the before 5 rate

We decided to leave and came back later, so we rode at 9pm instead. Loved the ride, the strip at night is beautiful.

So if you want the cheaper rate, make sure you get there well before 5 pm.

Completely awesome and worth the price. We did it before 6, so or was a couple dollars off and signed up online it was like $5 off normal price. The things are huge and could fit a bunch of people but we lucked out and were in a cart of our own. Not sure how long it took but seemed like it started moving really slow as we got close to the top. Pretty sure it was just a optical illusion. Excellent views of everything around Vegas. Pretty cool audio presentation going on to entertain you. Completely safe abs totally awesome

I can only imagine what it's like in the middle of summer i assume it could get really hot, since it's completely sealed and the sun gets pretty warm up there. Bring water and easy on the booze because there are no safety buckets etc
