Played some nice golf courses in my life but never a canyon course like this. Spectacular setting, every hole absolutely magnificent. What a golf track, better than advertised & that is saying a lot. Not hard or easy to play, just right. Difficult to concentrate...More

Glad to say I played it but I'm sure it's something I'll never put myself through again. Very pretty course. But as a 14 handicap I was frustrated after the second hole. Never again

If you love elevated tees, incredibly rugged terrain, beautiful contrast of golf course, water and desert and some of the most challenging holes you will find, check this place out. I have been to this course quite a few times, but it is always a...More

What a beautiful place to golf. Seemed as though we were in a magazine photo off every tee. Bring your A game to this course. It's as difficult as it is gorgeous. Better bring a wad of cash too, takes a wee bit to keep...More

This course is one of the highest rated courses to play in the U.S. by Golf Week magazine. No doubt it is breathtaking...not only with the beautiful scenery, but the hiking to get up to the tee boxes. It is a must play at least...More

This is a terrific experience and the first time played, it is a real challenge. There are numerous holes that you would really like to play over after you've completed the hole and know where you should/shouldn't place your tee shot or approach. Still, a...More

For 200$ a round one should not have to wait on every shot. It took us 3 hours to play the front and 5 hrs 40 minute overall which made the experience frustrating and not enjoyable. THis course is not really for high handicappers as...More

Thank you for your comments Trace, and I sincerely apologize for the longer than typical round at Wolf Creek. Playing Wolf Creek quickly presents certain challenges with photo opportunities on every hole, elevated walks to the tee boxes, and no cart traffic on some fairways....More

We golfed at 9:00 and had a blast - it was actually a slow day - no one was behind us so we were able to golf at our own pace and figure out the course, which is definitely challenging! Tricky greens, forced carries, but...More

Book with WCGC directly and be sure to squeeze in a replay round....best deal in town.
I have planned a trip to Las Vegas in August/September 2015 and am thinking of driving up to play Wolf Creek with 2 friends. I have been told that the course will be very dry due to their overseeding programme which starts on September 8th. I want to play on September 2nd but am concerned that the course will be in such bad condition that it will not be enjoyable. I appreciate that the course will not be at its best but is it still playable and enjoyable? Thanks!

Prior to the actual over seeding you should be fine. I would contact the pro shop just to make sure though. Have fun!
