Beautiful arch..not far from the Truckee river walk. In my opinion the arch is prettier at night than in the daylight.

No reason to go out of your way but if you are walking around Reno you'll stumble across it. It's historic and a curiosity but that's it.

Its a five minute visit and I like it much better now that the believe sign is there. Its a please experience especially on a sunny day

Yes, there are two. Nobody really wants to see the old one though, unless you're on your way to get cocktails at the Foxy Olive.

You can self park at the Silver Legacy for free and walk the short distance to the arch. I would suspect the other casinos have free self parking as well.
