We are long-term Reno Phil season tickets holders and this year included our teen son. This is a nice venue. The recent upgrades are nice. They need either another elevator or a bigger one though.

We’ve been to a few shows here. Parking is easy and free! The theater itself is comfortable and small so most seats are good, others excellent. Happy to have the Pioneer shows!

Great little gem. Looks 'different' from the outside and when you arrive you really wonder what to expect. Once you are in and attend a concert, you fall completely in love. Great acoustics, great orchestra (superb conductor). Overall a remarkable experience, will come again soon.

The Pioneer Center is celebrating its 50th year. We saw the show STOMP--great show. Visibility and acoustics were good even though we were in the very back row of the balcony.

First, not a bad seat in the house. The quality of the shows during the Broadway show season are the top traveling productions. Saw Book of Morman for pennies compared to ticket prices in San Francisco. Honestly, I can’t believe that this performance could have...More

I have seen a few shows there. When I refer to "stuffy" I mean the staff/clientele the people are nice but these would all be no dancing shows. I would definitely go back for a show I wanted to attend !

We were able to attend the "Gouls and Goblins" performance put on by the Reno Pops Orchestra. So many young people dressed in their costumes was a delight to see. The seats in the Pioneer Center were all very good and gave you a great...More

Old builtind with an unforgettable shape which you will remember for a long time. The place shows performances although not every day. They also have a comedy show in the basement but it was offered only during the weekends and I could not attend these.

Street parking is available within a few blocks, or there is a large parking lot across the street from Pioneer Center. I never have had issues with finding a parking spot within a few blocks. There are a few restaurants... More
