Good mountain - still struggling a bit with customer service

Cannon has always had a deserved reputation for being icy and difficult for beginner or lower intermediate skiers. So understood buyer beware . However on our Club visit mid week the only lift that serviced trails that allowed for good conditions for those who didn't want to wrestle with skied off areas near the top was not operating.Management said it... I skied on a powder day during the Xmas holiday week. I pulled into the Tram lot at 7:30 (lift opens at 8:15) and there was a line of 75+ to buy tickets and no one selling tickets yet! Meanwhile anyone with a pass is hopping in the tram line ahead of ticket buyers. I drove over to the main... More

We visited on a very cold day. At ground level it was cool. When we reached the summit the green, red and yellow of the trees had turned to white on account of the frost. There is a lovely walk at the top, with stunning views. Highly recommended if the summit is white, otherwise the effect would not be the... More

Don't be put off by the slight swaying of the car as you ascend to the top of the mountain, it is well worth the experience. If you fell like it, and are fit enough, take a wak down from the top

Amazing views from the viewing area at the top on a clear day - all the way to Canada. Nice walk around the summit.

Go in the winter and ski one of the oldest ski areas in North America with lots of character. Go during the summer or autumn and use the tramway for magnificent views.

This is an attraction worthwhile to visit in the White Mountain Area in NH. We went when the Foliage was at its peak !

My husband and I recently went on the Cannon Aerial Tram. It was a very nice relaxing ride up the mountain. Thoroughly enjoyed it, once at the top, there is a small cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating. You can spend as much time as you want at the top which is nice. There is also a trail to take... Take the Arial tramway anytime of year and be amazed at nature's beauty. Skiing is excellent for intermediate and better. Come for foliage too.

As we decided not to go up mount Washington due to time, we went for this trip up in cable car. Glad we did, and we booked this with the flume gorge walk. The car drops of and a nice little walk to observation tower, giving great views, could see Mt Quebec 70 miles away. Also viewing the fall foliage... More
