We camped in Gilson pond Campground during the labor day weekend. Campsites were really very good and as advertised on their website. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and kept clean.

Yes - for sure. However, if you aren't in good shape, you should expect to be sore for a day or two. It's not the easiest of hikes.
