The employees are very nice and friendly. We pulled in to the $30 lot and asked if there was handicapped parking. We were told no, only across the street, which was $40. This is outright discrimination and I have no idea how they get away...More

The Hank Williams- Lynyrd Skynyrd concert was a great show (Skynyrd played a short set but still great). The venue was lousy.$40 to park ( lucked out on a $30 spot but dodged panhandlers). Inside more inflated prices- $6.75 for small French fry, $13.50 for...More

I would've given 5 stars except for the price of food! It's robbery. $9 for a slice of pizza and 5 bucks for a bottle of water. They do allow 1 unopened bottle of water to bring along. Other than that they had clean bathrooms...More

We had grass seating which was fine. Music was superb. Everyone was in great spirits, even the guy dancing with the inflatable whale. Parking cost is as much as the tickets, that's a drawback. I also don't appreciate the supposedly homeless people who park themselves...More

BB&T Pavilion is a good place for concerts as long as you reserve a seat inside. I would not like to be on the lawn. The concerts that I have seen there could be better with better sound system and acoustics. The one area that...More

Attended a country music concert. My husband and I felt this was a great venue. Security presence made me feel comfortable. Plenty of vendors for adult beverages, although a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in this environment. Parking was $30 and we...More

We have been here a few times and the sound has never been fantastic. Most recently we were here for the Xponential festival and the sound quality was horrible. This may be a symptom of a music festival (maybe the individual bands do not have...More

We went to the XPonential concert/festival - this Friday night. It was the first time we ever went to this venue and we had a wonderful time. The policy of the venue is Rain or Shine. The weather forecast was showing thunderstorms from early evening...More

After reading the poor reviews I was worried about the venue. But Korn was on my bucket list so had to take a leap. We took the ferry round trip from Philly which was a nice quick ride. They provide late transportation after concerts which...More

I was worried due to negative reviews I read about parking and staff. Yes, the parking is expensive-we paid $40 (Post Modern Jukebox/Straight No Chaser concert) For me, safety was the deciding factor in parking in that lot. It is directly across from the venue,...More

I would not go to a concert there. Camden is not safe.

They usually only scan the bar code to make sure it's an authentic ticket. I don't think the name makes a difference. Thousands of tickets are resold by vendors so I doubt they'd have time to worry about checking ID's.

Yes once you get on the taxi in philly it will drop you off and you will have to walk through a small park to get to the pavilion. About a 5 minute walk.
