Bay Springs Farm is a preserved working farm situated on what was the last Dairy Farm in Cape May County. Today it is the site of the largest alpaca farm in the County with more than 26 alpacas in a wide range of colors. We specialize in breeding black and gray and colored huacaya alpacas. All our alpacas sell with full guarantees and service support, plus free boarding for 6 months..

We carry all types of alpaca yarn, fleece and finished products--sweaters, throws, socks and scarves--in our farm store. We are open to the public every Sat. & Sun. from 10-4 or at other times by appointment.

Absolutely charming farm with warm welcoming people. There is a wonderful store that has many items made from alpaca fibers and the most beautiful yarns for making your own creations. They also have a store within west end garage on Perry St.

We visited Bay Springs Farm recently and glad we did. What a delightful hidden gem in Cape May. The Alpacas were friendly and the farm was very clean. We met the grandchildren of the owners who were adorable and so informative. They told us many interesting facts about there fluffy friends. The store was stocked with many items made from... More

I've been to "Bay Springs Alpaca Farm" several times and always enjoy myself. I've brought different friends over the years and they're always surprised and delighted. The couple who own and run the farm are friendly, interesting, and informative. They want to share their love of the animals and what's involved in raising them. But,the alpacas are the real reason for going.... More

The farm was small and the proprietor was very helpful. It was something different to do. I would recommend this for anyone who enjoys nature and is generally a curious person.

Warren and Barbara, the wonderful owners of the farm, are so happy to help visitors enjoy the incredible surrounding and the darling animals. We even saw a bald eagle on one of our many visits. I would recommend a visit for anyone of any age. Visit the gift shop for an additional treat. Just great!

My husband and I visited Bay Springs with my daughter and her fiance. We had such a good time visiting with the alpacas and the owners. All our questions were answered in detail about the alpacas, the farm and the products in the farm store. We purchased several items including fingerless gloves, hats, socks, and a gorgeous cape (a Christmas... More

I've been travelling to Cape May for years; in fact, I've always considered it my "home away from home". So, imagine my surprise when, after returning from Higbee Beach (that's another review), my friend and I stumbled upon Bay Springs Farm. Now, New Jersey is not short on farms - especially Cape May - but ALPACAS?? That's right, Bay Springs... More

The owners accomodated our visit to Cape May by letting us stop in even though they were not officially open. Even the adorable alpacas were accomodating, greeting us at the fences and allowing us to pet them. SO cute! There is a nice little gift shop as well. Worth the visit to learn about and appreciate these lovely animals, all... More

My 10 year old grandaughter and I stopped for about an hour at 10am on a Saturday morning. The farm is small and has 16 alpacas. The female owner was very, very kind and helpful...brought us carrots to feed them, introduced us to all the alpacas and provided us a lot of interesting information. She is a teacher and knew...
