A very touching memorial for 9/11 and the residents of JC that perished. Was not aware of this memorial and recommend seeing.

New jersey has its own 9/11 memorial, with the names of all the people who lost their lives on that tragic day etched on this memorial. Nothing gaudy but it is simple and powerfully conveys its message

This memorial is very simply yet beautifully done. When you stand in the middle and look up, all you see is the sky. Then turn east and look at where the original towers stood. It doesn't need much more than that.

This is a clever and interesting memorial as it shows you where the twin towers were in the NY skyline. I think it is also an important reminder that people outside of NYC lost loved ones during this horrible act of terror.

Simple & to the point. Tragic day for America & the world. Changes the life for everyone. A great place for photo opportunity of the NYC skyline

This is a place that commands silence and reflection, beautifully executed with a view on the WTC and Manhattan. I’ve been to many war memorials in Europe and this monument tragically reminds me about all of them, although the victims here were not soldiers, just...More

My initial response was a low wind knocking WOW! Set against the NYC skyline is the Empty Sky Memorial - I recommend seeing this along with the Teardrop Memorial - We visited in December 2017 and the morning was crisp - One of The beams...More

Only went because it's next to Ellis Isl terminal. Nothing to see. Doesn't look in perspective at all...

It is Impressive and it makes you reflect on the events that shaped our great Country. It's a great place to take guests. You don't think about the absence of the towers until you attend here. It is humbling. God Bless America!

Yes, there is a free area to park for a limited time to park which is enough for the memorial. If you want to go to Ellis and/or Liberty Island you will need to park in the paid lot.

Very accessible parking lot is close to the memorial. We got confused and paid to park in the wrong lot. Drive past the pay lot to memorial parking. The views on a clear day are quite something.
