There is a ferry that goes to NYC but its on the marina side opposite the statue ferry. $7 one way

The 9/11 memorial is in a separate location. Liberty park NJ you can catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. The ferry does also take you to NY which then the 9/11 memorial is a quick ride from the ferry drop off.

From what I know They sell the tickets for the maximum number of passengers on the ferry but people don't show for what ever reasons And they will let others on. You can take a chance but the people with the tickets at the... More
