Sorry to see the only people Sea Isle cares about are the rich, property owner's who have ocean-front McMansions. I understand there was a recent flood during Sandy... but to build a "Wall" where you cant even see the ocean without the help of a two-story balcony is ridiculous. You're a BEACH TOWN on a BARRIER ISLAND. Build on stilts/pylons... More

Very nice quiet street that is close to all of the great places in Sea Isle. Walking distance to bars/restaurants without the noise!

We have been coming to sea isle for decades and were very disappointed about the consequences of the beach restoration. It drops off so much that the waves break right at the shore...really bad for our favorite activity..boogie boarding. It is a great place to visit otherwise.

Loud and trash every where. Water is mud green and the surf is right against the beach...Avoid this place.

We have been coming to this beach for the past several summers, the shoreline used to be a nice gentle slope, and a short walked to the water. now it is a very long walk to the water on sand that is filled with foot cutting shells. the shoreline is now short and steep, instead of a gentle slope into... We've been coming to Sea Isle City for many years. Last Summer there was a huge beach restoration project that extended the beaches but unfortunately resulted in a steep drop off into the surf. What used to be long gradual beaches where you could watch the tides progress there is now a oceanfront where the waves break close to shore....... More

This was our first trip to this beach. Beautiful, unspoiled, uncrowded. There was plenty of room to set up our blanket and towels to set up our little area. We packed our own lunch, so food was not an issue - but we did note some food places along the boardwalk, and saw people carrying boxes of pizza to the... More

My wife came to visit shortly after the floods, and then only to find out it was destroyed by a fire after that. But it was a nice visit

Nice peaceful area of Sea Isle. This is an area that we like to stay in ... the beach is always beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the town. Beach tags are needed so you can either buy them in advance or get them from a beach tag person right on the beach.

Visited with friends and had a wonderful time. Great smelling the ocean and feeling it's breeze on every corner. Too bad it almost shuts down during off season.
