Great free beach; I was impressed with the diligent maintenance performed on a daily basis to keep the beach clean and free of trash people so carelessly discard. Crews were out on the beach every morning like clockwork raking the sand.

Great sandy beach great for swimming, walking, building sand sculptures, finding shells. Very clean. It is cleaned and combed every morning. There are also porta potties available on the beach.

This is the most amazing beach that I've seen. The long walk both on the beach and in the water is unexplainable. The beach is fully protected by ocean trained rescue crews. Municipal policemen are never far from wherever you are. The beach provides a...More

Went here last Labor Day weekend. As with most amusement attractions, you need to bring lots of money. There are countless carnival and arcade games but your money will go fast. There are 3 piers of rides and some great haunted houses. If you are...More

Lots of room for everyone. Beware the wave. I do wish there were restrictions on radios, however. They may not seem big, but they're powerful.

Unfortunately someone lost their life the weekend we made a visit.....which was very sad. We spent most the day trying to figure what was going on as there were tight restictions of going in the water. The lifeguard staff was very professional in handling the...More

The beaches are FREE and clean and close enough to the motels. They are raked and cleaned every morning. We would watch from our balcony early in the morning. It is a beautiful beach.

The beach was great. The water was close to warm, as warm as you can get for the NE. The people on the beach were friendly. The kids played together and built a huge sand castle.

There used to be, even showers, but now you have to change in one of their public restrooms without getting caught. Things have gone down hill in Wildwood!

This is a bit late - I hope you had a great trip! I think a few of the hotels offer complimentary, first come first served beach items, such as chairs. However, in the in-season, there are beach item rentals and they have... More
