We always return for some well needed relaxation. Always Lucky to find the 2 male lions. If only I can pick up my house and place it next to one of the drinking holes. That will be perfect.

We took a lot of elephants pictures. The drive through this amazing park was filled with cars, and tour vehicles, seeing the gentle giants was a great experience. Restaurant on site was great as well.

Although there is more here than just elephants and although there are lots of elephants at other preserves, I had never seen so many elephants at one time and of various sizes, shapes, age, sex, and personality. The big attraction, of course, was the watering...More

If you wish to see African animals in a relatively short time it is a good place to visit. Guided tour would be best as you go to places where animals are normally present.

Hi, We are travelling in Addo over July and we will be there for 2 days. We were wondering if it would be better to book a 2-days tour ( with private company, around 600$) or to book half-days or full days game with rangers and drive around in our car for the rest of the time ? Any advise ? Thanks,

Hi Judith. If you haven't been to the park before, I would recommend paying for a guided tour. Your guide will be able to answer any questions, and they will most likely assist with decent sightings. It is easy to drive... More

How do I arrange a game drive for my grown daughter and myself (in July)? Are there any hiking safaris? What accommodations are in the park that are small and on the rustic side? Thanks for the help!
