THe staff are friendly. There is good ambience in the room. It is quiet, good lighting. All the things you need to fill relaxed. BUT , they do not know how to massage. The rub oils and creams all over you but need training on how to massage. Don't bother with this place. Cozy is just around the corner and... More

I think my attendant may have been very inexperienced. I've had numerous Creme bath in Bali, from $70,000rupiah to 220,000 rupiah and this one for $140,000 rupiah was a complete waste of money. "May" had no idea how to massage a scalp, there was no shoulder massage, a brief run up and down of my arms coating my ring on... More

My mother, niece and I were looking for a spa in Seminyak we were on foot and stumbled upon Cool, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Premesis was clean and had a very relaxing feel, dimly lit and quiet. Good value for money. I paid 690,000 for the 3 of us to have 60 min body massage and 30... More

So many to choose from in the area, so which day spa do you chose? I recommend here. This was my second time and I loved it again. Prices are on a par with others in the area, and are certainly good value. My only problem is that everything has to be so quiet, I can't even hear the therapist... More

After walking laps of seminyak and trying to find a good day spa we stumbled across cool, from the moment you walk in you can see the cleanliness- which is a big thing in spas throughout bali! They give you a locker for your belongings and offer you filtered water. My mum and I had a 60min full body massage... More

Really quality spa in the middle of Seminyak. Great private rooms and the hot stone massage is amazing. I would give a manicure and a pedicure a miss. The nail polish was a bit lumpy.

We used Cool Spa every day during our week visit in Bali recently. It is one of the cleanest Spa's I have been to in Bali which is overall most important to me. The services offered are very good and staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place for those staying in Seminyak.

Been going to Cool for some years and is always good. It does vary with each masseuse so ask for your favourite. Clean, cool, lovely staff and a fair price.

I just walked in for a shower and Thai massage in long layover. Extra charge for a shower. Thai massage was very good, with consistent pressure and very good techniques. The place was clean and quiet, and it needs upgrade. Overall, reasonably priced massage and pleasant experience there.

The whole place is quite clean and staff are friendly. We tried their packages and we recommend to pay extra 40,000 rupiah each for the private room, which is a lot more comfortable. Massage is not spectacular but quite good given it's cheaper than the most popular ones outside.
